Lois Langevin-King trained in massage therapy and bodywork at The Institute of Conscious BodyWork, Alive and Well, where she developed a strong foundation in holistic healing practices. During her time there, she served as a student clinical supervisor, mentoring fellow students in hands-on techniques and client care. She also taught Introduction to Prenatal Massage, helping future therapists understand how to safely and compassionately support expecting clients.
With this blend of training, teaching, and supervisory experience, Lois brings both skill and sensitivity to her practice. She views massage as more than physical relief — it’s an opportunity to create balance, foster connection, and support overall well-being. Each session is customized, drawing from a variety of modalities to address the unique needs of the individual, whether that’s easing chronic pain, reducing stress, or encouraging greater freedom of movement.
Lois’s goal is to create a safe and restorative space where clients feel deeply cared for. By combining technical knowledge with an intuitive touch, she aims to promote lasting relaxation, restore balance, and encourage pain-free, fluid movement in everyday life.
